§ 1 Provider

The provider of this website and the Arabic course is Code Vision for Web-Design, Office M2-35, BN Complex, Al Muteena, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

§ 2 Subject of the Contract

The provider offers an online Arabic-language course for children. The course consists of 24 live sessions over 3 months.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when you submit the registration form and complete payment through secure checkout. Confirmation is sent by email.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

The course price is €150 per child. When several siblings register together:

• Second child: €60
• Third child: €50

The family discount applies only for joint registration. Children cannot be added later. Payment is processed via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion. See Right of Withdrawal. In addition, we grant you an extra right of cancellation up to the start of the second course week with a full refund.

§ 6 Course Delivery

The course takes place live on Zoom. Access details are sent by email before the course starts. If sessions are disrupted for technical reasons on our end, they will be rescheduled.

§ 7 Liability

The provider is liable only for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

§ 8 Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as this does not restrict any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
